This website, thairiceexport.com, is operated by Siam Valley Grain Export Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. When you send an inquiry through our website form, by email or by WhatsApp, we collect the information you provide, such as your full name, company name, business email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, destination port and details of your rice requirements. We also receive basic technical data that web servers record automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, which we use for security and to prevent spam.
