From importers and supermarkets to breweries and food factories, each industry needs a different rice, packing and set of documents. Here is how we supply yours.
Siam Valley Grain Export supplies bulk rice to ten types of commercial buyer: importers and distributors, supermarket groups, private label brands, food manufacturers, breweries, hotels and caterers, commodity traders, government and institutional buyers, health food brands and animal feed producers.
Rice importers and wholesale distributors
Importers and distributors need reliable volume, consistent grades and correct documents on every container, so their own customers never notice a change of supply.
Retailers need shelf-ready packs with barcodes, correct labelling for their market and the same quality in every batch, backed by food safety certification.
Brands that sell rice under their own name need a supplier who can print their artwork, meet their labelling rules and keep the product identical across every order.
Food manufacturers use rice as an ingredient for rice flour, noodles, snacks, crackers, cereals, baby food and ready meals. Broken rice is widely milled into gluten-free flour, which makes it a cost-effective raw material.
In brewing, rice is mainly used as an adjunct alongside barley malt, adding fermentable starch and a clean, light taste. Broken rice is the most common form, and rice is also used for rice drinks and rice wine.
Kitchens need rice that cooks the same way every time and suits their menu, from fragrant jasmine for Asian dishes to parboiled rice that holds well in large-batch cooking.
