What is Thai Riceberry rice?
Riceberry rice is a Thai whole grain rice developed by Kasetsart University's Rice Science Center by crossing Hom Nil black rice with Thai Hom Mali. It has a deep purple colour from natural anthocyanins, a soft texture and a mild aroma. Because it is not polished, it keeps the fibre and nutrients of the bran layer.
